Planned original research

What we will publish.

Video Intros measures delivery, opens, plays, watch progress, taps and time-to-record for every video. These reports are planned for when there is enough anonymized data to support them.

Method

How we will measure.

Measured, not surveyed

Figures will come from recorded events: delivery receipts, page opens, video plays and completions. Never from estimates.

Anonymized and aggregated

No customer, organization or individual will be identifiable in anything published.

Enough data or no number

A benchmark is published only when the sample is large enough to mean something. Each report will state its sample.

Method with every report

Each report will say what was counted, over what period, and what was left out.
