Video Intros API Preview
Connect appointments, milestones, status changes and customer moments from your CRM to Video Intros with one simple API.
Developersfirst_client_meetingOne API, two ways in. Both end in the same Video Intro.
Best for CRM integrations
Tell Video Intros what happened and let the organization’s configured touchpoint determine the experience.
POST/v1/touchpoint-events
Best for custom applications
Create a Video Intro directly with your own context, instructions and delivery behavior.
POST/v1/video-intros
Pick your industry, then your CRM. Every guide teaches the same request: POST /v1/touchpoint-events.
The protocol never changes. An industry only changes the touchpoints an organization starts with, the words and the examples.
