How Video Intros works.

Video Intros is the human layer between your automated workflow and the people you serve. A moment happens, the right person records a short video, the customer meets them on a page in your brand, and you see what happened.

01

The moment happens

Something happens that a customer cares about: a lead arrives, an appointment is booked, an offer changes, a project hits a milestone. That moment becomes a request for one short video from one named person.

  • Each request names the customer, the team member and the touchpoint
  • Today your team creates requests in Video Intros
  • Connections that let your CRM or calendar start the request are planned

02

The right person records

The assigned professional opens a personal link on their phone. The script for that touchpoint is already filled in with the customer’s name and the time, and sits at the top of the screen, next to the lens.

  • Opens in the phone’s browser. Nothing to install
  • Fifteen seconds, with a countdown and a clear stop
  • A quick wave first, which becomes the animated preview
  • Watch it back, keep it or retake it

03

The client sees a face

The customer gets a text with an animated preview and a link. The page behind it is yours: your logo and colors, the person’s profile, why the video exists, what to expect, and the proof you choose to show.

  • Logo and two brand colors, with readable text chosen automatically
  • A profile for each person: title, photo, phone, email, website, reviews and social links
  • Credentials, badges, a featured review and stats
  • Sections can be reordered or hidden
  • Private by design: pages are not indexed and each link can be revoked

04

You know they engaged

Every step leaves a measured event, from the moment the request is opened to the last second watched. You see which videos were recorded, delivered, opened and finished, and which link the customer tapped.

  • Delivery receipts, page opens and video plays
  • Watch progress at 25%, 50%, 75% and completion
  • Taps on call, email, website and reviews
  • Measured events only. Nothing is estimated

Brand & Page

Edit on the left.
The real page on the right.

The editor previews with the same renderer that serves your customers, so what you approve is what they get. Any two colors work, light or dark: the text color on each surface is chosen for contrast.

Touchpoints

Decide which moments
deserve a face.

A touchpoint carries a script for the professional and page copy for the customer. Its context decides the line under the headline: a scheduled appointment, a status update, a milestone, or none.

  1. IntroNo context

A new lead hears from a person first.

  2. AppointmentAppointment

The customer knows who is coming.

  3. UpdateStatus

News lands with a face, not a form letter.

  4. MilestoneMilestone

    The big moments get marked.

  5. Follow-upNo context

A check-in that sounds like one.

  6. Thank youNo context

    The relationship outlasts the sale.

Engagement analytics

Don’t just send it.
Know what happened.

Every video leaves a trail of measured events, from the request to the last second watched. Nothing is estimated, so the numbers mean what they say.

  • Request opened
  • Recording started
  • Video submitted
  • Sent
  • Delivered
  • Page opened
  • Video started
  • Watched 25%, 50%, 75%
  • Completed
  • Taps on call, email, website and reviews

Private by design

A personal video deserves
a private page.

Private storage

Videos are stored privately. A page asks for the video at play time and never exposes where it lives.

One link, one person

Every recording link and every client link is unique to its request. Links expire and can be revoked.

Not indexed

Client pages and recorder pages tell search engines not to index them. They are reachable only from the link.

No third-party trackers

Client pages load no outside scripts, fonts or pixels. Engagement is measured first-party.

Integration-ready

Built to sit inside
your workflow.

The moment should start the request. Video Intros is architected for that: every request enters through one door that outside systems can use. Here is exactly what is live, and what is next.

FAQ

Product questions.

How does Video Intros work?

A moment happens, such as a booked appointment. Video Intros asks the assigned professional to record a short video on their phone, with the words on screen. The customer receives a text with a link to a branded page where the video plays. You see whether it was delivered, opened and watched.

Can it work with my CRM or lead source?

Not yet as a self-serve integration. Today, requests are created by your team inside Video Intros. The platform is built so that outside systems can start a request, and connections to CRMs, lead sources and calendars are planned. An integration will be listed as available only once it is live.

Can each team member have a profile?

Yes. Each person has a name, title and photo, and can have their own phone, email, website, Google reviews link and social profiles. When a personal detail is not set, the organization’s detail is shown instead.

Can I use my company’s branding?

Yes. The client page uses your logo and two brand colors. Readable text colors are chosen automatically, so light and dark brands both work. You also choose which sections appear and in what order. A small “Powered by Video Intros” line sits at the bottom of the page.

What engagement does it track?

For every video: whether the request was opened and recorded, whether the message was sent and delivered, whether the page was opened, whether the video started, watch progress at 25%, 50% and 75%, completion, and taps on the page’s links such as call, email, website and reviews. These are measured events, not estimates.

How long are Video Intros?

Fifteen seconds, by design. That is short enough to record between appointments and to watch the moment it arrives.

Do customers or team members need to install an app?

No. The recorder and the client page both open in the phone’s browser from a link.
