# Video Intros > Video Intros puts a real face behind every introduction, appointment, follow-up and customer moment: a short personal video from the right person on your team, delivered on a page that carries your brand, with engagement you can measure. Video Intros is a personalized video platform for businesses where people need to trust people. It prompts a specific professional to record a 15-second video for a specific customer at a specific moment (an introduction, an appointment, an update, a milestone, a follow-up, a thank-you), delivers it by text message on a page that carries the company's brand and the professional's profile, and measures delivery, opens, plays and watch progress. Status: early access. Each organization is set up with the Video Intros team; there is no self-service sign-up yet. CRM, calendar and lead-source integrations are planned and are not yet available. ## Pages - [Home](https://videointros.com/): Put a real face behind every introduction, appointment and follow-up: short personal videos from your team, on a page in your brand, with measured engagement. - [Product](https://videointros.com/product): A moment happens, the right person records a 15-second video, the customer meets them on a branded page, and you see what happened. The lead sees a face and a name before the first call, on a page that carries your brand and your proof. - Appointments and pre-arrival: Before the appointment, the assigned professional records a short video: who they are, when they will arrive and what will happen. The appointment stops being a slot on a calendar and becomes a commitment to a person. Video Intros measures whether the video was delivered, opened and watched, so you can compare kept appointments against your own baseline. - Lead follow-up: Follow up with a face. A 15-second check-in from a named person reads as attention, not automation, and the page gives the lead one clear way to reply. - Offers, proposals and status updates: Record the update. The customer hears the news and the next step from the person responsible, and can call or text back from the same page. - Milestones: Mark them in person. A milestone video is short, specific and from someone the customer already knows. - Welcomes and onboarding: The new point of contact introduces themselves on video before the first working session, so the relationship carries across the handoff. - No-show recovery: A short, friendly video from the person who was going to show up keeps the door open without pressure. - Thank-yous: Fifteen seconds of a real person saying thank you is remembered, and it is the natural moment to point to your reviews. ## Frequently asked questions ### What is Video Intros? Video Intros is a personalized video platform for businesses. It prompts a specific person on your team to record a short video for a specific customer at a specific moment, delivers it on a page that carries your brand, and measures whether it was opened and watched. ### How does Video Intros work? A moment happens, such as a booked appointment. Video Intros asks the assigned professional to record a short video on their phone, with the words on screen. The customer receives a text with a link to a branded page where the video plays. You see whether it was delivered, opened and watched. ### Who is it for? Any business where a customer is about to deal with a person: real estate teams, home services companies, insurance agencies, dealerships, financial and legal practices, patient-services teams, recruiters, and B2B sales and customer success teams. Real estate and home services have ready-made touchpoint presets today. ### Is it only for sales teams? No. It fits anyone a customer is about to meet or hear from: technicians, coordinators, advisors, account managers and owners. Sales is one moment among many. ### When should I send a personalized video? Before a first meeting or appointment, when something changes (an offer, an estimate, a schedule), at a milestone, after a missed appointment, and as a thank-you. The best moments are the ones where a customer is waiting to find out who they are dealing with. ### Can it work with my CRM or lead source? Not yet as a self-serve integration. Today, requests are created by your team inside Video Intros. The platform is built so that outside systems can start a request, and connections to CRMs, lead sources and calendars are planned. An integration will be listed as available only once it is live. ### Can each team member have a profile? Yes. Each person has a name, title and photo, and can have their own phone, email, website, Google reviews link and social profiles. When a personal detail is not set, the organization’s detail is shown instead. ### Can I use my company’s branding? Yes. The client page uses your logo and two brand colors. Readable text colors are chosen automatically, so light and dark brands both work. You also choose which sections appear and in what order. A small “Powered by Video Intros” line sits at the bottom of the page. ### What engagement does it track? For every video: whether the request was opened and recorded, whether the message was sent and delivered, whether the page was opened, whether the video started, watch progress at 25%, 50% and 75%, completion, and taps on the page’s links such as call, email, website and reviews. These are measured events, not estimates. ### How long are Video Intros? Fifteen seconds, by design. That is short enough to record between appointments and to watch the moment it arrives. ### Does it replace text messaging? No. The video is delivered by text message. Video Intros replaces the faceless part of the message, not the channel. ### Can it be used after the first introduction? Yes. Touchpoints cover the whole relationship: appointments, updates, milestones, follow-ups and thank-yous. Each touchpoint has its own script and its own page copy. ### Do customers or team members need to install an app? No. The recorder and the client page both open in the phone’s browser from a link. ### Is Video Intros available now? Video Intros is in early access. Each organization is set up with our team directly; there is no self-service sign-up yet. You can request early access on this site.
